Hosted by some of the comedy industry’s leading professionals, these curated discussions are designed to help comedy professionals & creators sharpen their skills, expand their networks, and gain invaluable insight into the ever-evolving entertainment landscape.
Stage time is the foundation of every comedy career—but getting it, and keeping it, takes more than just being funny. In this no-nonsense roundtable, Curtis Flagg pulls back the curtain on how stage time is earned, evaluated, and escalated. Learn what bookers look for in new talent, how to build trust with clubs, and why consistency off-stage matters just as much as what you bring to the mic. Whether you’re grinding open mics or eyeing your first club showcase, this session offers clear, practical insight on how to move from occasional sets to the regular rotation.
