Talent Relations and Community Manager, Audible
Jessica Mozes serves as the Talent Relations and Community Manger for Audible where she develops original audio-only content. In her role with the audiobook and spoken-word entertainment company, she works to identify, develop and foster opportunities for writers, performers and audio creators. Audible is producing an exciting slate of original, immersive, audio-first content like the star-studded 10-episode comedy Heads Will Roll written by and starring Kate McKinnon and Emily Lynne.
A rare San Francisco native, Jessica first fell in love with comedy at the Punchline, where she celebrated her 18th birthday laughing and ordering water. It wasn’t long before she was managing The Comedy Studio, a legendary club in the Boston area. She’s helped produce over a dozen comedy festivals, including Bridgetown, Pet-a-Llama Comedy Festival, and the Edinburgh Fringe.
After a couple years gathering frequent flyer miles as a field producer in reality TV, Jessica helped New Wave Entertainment hang their New York shingle. There she grew a promising roster of young talent, and went on to join GLG, a professional learning firm where she facilitated engagements with a wide variety of executives and thought leaders in the Technology, Media, and Telecommunications sectors.
In 2016, after 10 years on the East coast and buckets of rent money set ablaze, Jessica headed back west. Today she enjoys exploring the many parks of the Bay Area as a recovering indoor kid, and getting reacquainted with The City. She’s thrilled to find the SF comedy scene alive and well, and delightfully populated with misfits, rebels, and unique voices.
