Gayle started her career with a focus on documentaries and unscripted television, working for National Geographic, A&E, The History Channel and Channel 4 in the UK. As online video emerged, Gayle began to produce branded and original content for a variety of new platforms.

In 2013, she moved to Fremantle Media to launch their first original digital content studio where she served as the EVP and General Manager. While there, she partnered with VICE Media to launch their food channel, MUNCHIES, creating series such as Bong Appetit, Fuel and How to Eat Sushi.

In 2015, she launched Ripple Entertainment, to build online video networks. Ripple’s SNARLED network, targeted at an (extremely) edgy, young female audience now boasts 1.6M subscribers and 12M monthly views. SNARLED programming includes show such as:

Ask Us, We’re Drunk – An advice show featuring Rachel Evans and Lauren Rantala drinking wine and dispensing advice on pressing issues such as To Wax or Not to Wax and How to Tell Your Mom you are a Pansexual.

Tiffany the Teenage Grim Reaper – an animated comedy series about a teenage girls navigating High School while trying to hide the fact that she is a Grim Reaper.
