Gary Curtis is a Los Angeles based comedian, actor, and writer who uses his charm, intellect, and out-of- the-box thinking to win over audiences. Gary’s comedy covers an array of topics ranging from relationship troubles to family business to conspiracy theories about your favorite holidays. After graduating with a Finance degree from the University of Pittsburgh, Gary worked in banking, while hosting and emceeing shows on the side. After 3 years of banking, he drove across the country and dove into the comedy scene of Los Angeles. Gary started acting and gained internet popularity performing in more than 30 Buzzfeed videos, some which he helped write. For his first solo project, Gary created a web series titled Diary of an Insecure Boyfriend, which he wrote, directed, and starred in. Gary can be found regularly performing on comedy shows in Los Angeles. In 2018, he was selected to participate in the prestigious Laughing Skull Comedy Festival in Atlanta as well as the Hoboken Comedy Festival in New Jersey. Most recently, he was named a semifinalist in the American Black Film Festival Comedy Competition and taped for Revolt TV’s upcoming show Funny AF.
