Angry Black Women
Dahéli Hall and HaJ (the “h” is silent) are the co-creators of Angry Black Women, a half-hour comedy series that premiered at the New York Television Festival (NYTVF) and which now makes its way to Just For Laughs. Co-creator Dahéli Hall is best known as a cast member and writer on the Emmy Award-winning sketch comedy show, MADtv (Fox). HaJ is an Emmy Award-nominated and award-winning writer, performer and producer and the Creator & Founder of Tickles.TV. Mrs. Football
After making a successful appearance at the 2014 edition of From Set to Screen (their project The Uncomfort Zone was sold to Big Beach Films), Kyle Radke and Matt Kelly return with Mrs. Football, a relationship comedy masquerading as a sports fantasy. Winner of the 2005 Just For Laughs Homegrown Comedy Competition, Kyle Radke has since performed at every major comedy festival in Canada and in his very own 30-minute comedy special Kyle Radke Live. A writer for CBC’s Still Standing, Kyle performs nationwide as host of the Investor’s Group Comedy Tour. Matt Kelly created and produced Hookin’ Up, a successful television series for WFN that aired four seasons across North America. Matt also wrote and produced a companion web series called the 5cast that aired over 100 episodes. Last year, Matt was a finalist in Kevin Hart’s Laugh Out Loud Network Pitch Panel where his series, Inhuman Resources, was picked-up for development by Kevin Hart, himself.

The Removalists
The Removalists is a fresh, warm and very funny take on the home-focused reality TV show model: three stand-up comics help people move out of their home and then set-up a comedy club in the living room as a cool way of saying goodbye. The pitch will be led by Jacques Barrett, a regular on the Australian club and festival circuit. Jacques’ credits include producer and co-host of 2Day FM’s late night comedy show The Wagon.
